No ticket queue and no tier that has never opened the script. The same desk that writes the code reads the email.

— What to write about

Four things, one address.

You subscribed and access has not arrived

Send the TradingView username you entered at checkout and the email on your Whop account. Access is granted by hand, so this is the one that gets answered first.

Billing, invoices or cancelling

Payments are taken by Whop Technologies, Inc., so invoices and cancellation live in your Whop account rather than here. If something there does not add up, write to us anyway and we will chase it with them.

The indicators themselves

Settings, alerts, a lane behaving in a way you did not expect, a preset that will not load. Include the symbol, the timeframe and a screenshot if you have one.

Your data, or a complaint

Access to what we hold, correction, deletion, or a formal complaint about the service. Both go to the same address and both get a written answer.

— If we cannot settle it

Where a complaint goes next.

Write to us first — almost everything is a misunderstanding about settings or a payment that has not cleared, and both are fixed in an email. If a dispute is still open after that, a consumer in Greece can take it to the Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, synigoroskatanaloti.gr), an independent authority whose service is free, or to the General Secretariat for Trade and Consumer Protection on 1520.

Consumers elsewhere in the EU can use the European Consumer Centre in their own country. We are not signed up to any private arbitration scheme, and we do not have to be.

Payments are handled by Whop Technologies, Inc., so a dispute purely about a charge, an invoice or a cancellation is theirs in the first instance — but tell us about it too, because we would rather chase it than have you do it alone. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights, and nothing in the 10-day trial replaces them.
