The small print, at full size.
Brokers in the EU are required to publish the share of retail accounts that lose money on leveraged products; the published figures run from roughly 74% to 89%. Research into day trading specifically is worse — 97%, in one study of traders who kept at it for more than three hundred days. These are software tools for studying charts. They are not financial advice and they do not change those odds.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Michail Papoulakos (Μιχαήλ Παπουλάκος), a sole proprietorship registered in greece trading as PINE DIGGA since 2023. A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal person: the trader named here is personally the counterparty to everything sold on this site.
Registered address: Konstantinoupoleos 20, Cholargos, 155 62 Athens, Greece. VAT identification number EL120557670, registered with ΚΕΦΟΔΕ Αττικής. General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ) number 171797803000.
Contact: support@pinedigga.com, telephone +30 211 403 0524. Email is answered within one business day, and anything about access that has not arrived is answered the same day.

PINE DIGGA Indicators is a trading name, not a company, and it is not an investment firm — see “Not investment advice” below for what that means in practice.
Who takes the payment
Subscriptions are not billed by this site. They are sold through Whop, and Whop Technologies, Inc. is the merchant of record for the transaction: it takes the payment, issues your invoice or receipt, and calculates and remits the value-added tax of the country you are buying from. The entry on your card statement will read Whop.
That split is worth understanding, because it decides who you write to. Everything about the software — the licence, the access, how the indicators behave, support — is ours, governed by these terms. Everything about the charge itself — the invoice, the payment method, cancelling the recurring payment — lives in your Whop account. Write to us either way if you are unsure; we would rather chase it than leave you to work out which door to knock on.
Cancelling is done from your Whop account and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Access to the indicators is withdrawn when that period ends.
Prices, VAT and currency
Every price on this site is the final price a consumer pays. Value-added tax is included in it, at the rate of the country you are buying from, and nothing is added at checkout. There are no setup fees and no charges beyond the subscription itself.
The rate of VAT differs by country, and because it is carved out of a fixed price rather than added to it, the price you see does not change when the rate does. Your invoice from Whop Technologies, Inc. shows the tax that was applied to your purchase.
Subscriptions are charged in euro. Dollar figures shown anywhere on this site are a conversion offered for orientation, at a rate stated beside them; they are never the amount billed, and your bank sets the rate on the day.
Prices for new customers may change. A change never affects a subscription that is already running, and the founding rate is fixed for the life of a continuous subscription — see “Terms of use”.
Risk warning
Trading and investing are risky. Most people who do it lose money, and you should be prepared to be one of them.
That is not a formality. European brokers are required by regulators to publish the share of retail accounts that lose money on leveraged products; the figures they publish sit between roughly 74% and 89%. Independent research into day trading specifically is bleaker still — a study of Brazilian retail day traders by Chague, De-Losso and Giovannetti found that of those who persisted for more than three hundred days, 97% lost money.
The risk of loss can be substantial and, with leverage, can exceed your deposit. Consider carefully whether this activity is suitable for you given your financial position, and never trade money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
Nothing PINE DIGGA Indicators publishes or sells changes any of that.
Not investment advice
PINE DIGGA Indicators is not an investment firm, is not authorised or registered as one, and does not provide investment advice. Nothing on this site or produced by these tools is a personal recommendation within the meaning of MiFID II, or an investment recommendation within the meaning of the Market Abuse Regulation.
Everything here is impersonal. It is not tailored to your circumstances, your objectives, your experience or your financial position, and it cannot be — we know none of them. It is not a solicitation or an offer to buy, sell or hold any instrument.
Decisions to buy, sell, hold or trade are yours alone, and are best taken with the advice of a qualified professional who knows your situation. We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice either.
Educational and research use only
These are charting and analysis tools, published for education and research. They exist to help you study price structure and test ideas — not to tell you what to do.
What they draw is computed from criteria and inputs that you control. Account size, risk percentage, thresholds, which levels are shown, which alerts are on: all of it is yours to set, and everything the tools display follows from those settings. Marks on a chart are points of interest, not instructions, and using them does not indicate or guarantee any result.
No output should be the sole basis for any trade.
Hypothetical and simulated performance
Any backtest, Strategy Tester result, equity curve, statistic or historical chart shown on this site or produced by these tools is hypothetical. It is presented for education and information only and does not represent actual trading.
Hypothetical results have inherent limitations. Because the trades were never placed, they cannot account for slippage, liquidity, spread, execution delay or the psychology of holding a losing position. Simulated programmes are designed with the benefit of hindsight, on historical data, with settings chosen after the fact. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results resembling them.
Past performance does not guarantee future results, and results shown in the Strategy Tester depend heavily on the Properties tab — starting capital, order size, commission and slippage are all yours to change and all move the outcome.
Alerts and automation
Alerts are informational. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed, duplicated or missed entirely because of TradingView, your device, your network, rate limits, or anything else outside our control.
How you use an alert is your responsibility, including routing it to a broker, a bot or any third-party automation. We do not execute trades, do not connect to your broker, do not see your account and do not monitor your positions. We accept no responsibility for decisions taken in reliance on an alert.
Terms of use
A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the indicators on your own TradingView account for the period paid for. Access is delivered through TradingView's invite-only script system and is tied to the TradingView username you supply.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, decompile or redistribute the scripts or their source. Sharing access ends the licence without refund.
Founding-member pricing is tied to a continuous subscription. If the subscription lapses, the locked rate is not reinstated.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it, and cancelling from your Whop account before the period ends stops the next payment. We do not delete anything when a subscription ends: resubscribe with the same TradingView username and access returns.
How access is delivered, and how long it takes
TradingView's invite-only script system has no interface a computer can drive, so access is granted by hand. Someone adds the TradingView username you gave at checkout to each script your plan covers, and it then appears on your account under Indicators → Invite-only scripts.
That normally happens within a couple of hours and always within 24. If a full day has passed, write to us with the username you entered and it is dealt with the same day. There is nothing to download and nothing to install.
The username has to be exact — the one in your TradingView profile URL, not a display name and not an email address. A username that does not exist is the single most common reason access appears not to have arrived, and it is fixed by sending us the right one.
Right of withdrawal, trial and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. That right exists under Directive 2011/83/EU and, in Greece, Law 2251/1994. Nothing on this site takes it away from you, and nothing below should be read as trying to.
Digital content and digital services are the one place that right can be given up early, and the law is specific about how: the consumer must expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period, and must acknowledge that doing so means losing the right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Checkout asks you for exactly that, as a separate confirmation you have to give yourself. It is not pre-filled, it is not a line hidden inside a terms link, and you cannot complete a purchase without answering it.
It is required rather than optional, and that is worth being straight about. Access here is immediate — there is no slower version of this product to sell you — so a purchase without that confirmation is one we could not fulfil for a fortnight. If you would rather keep the full fourteen days than have the scripts on your account today, do not complete checkout: write to support@pinedigga.com instead and we will arrange it that way.
Giving the confirmation is what lets access be granted the same day. Once your username is on the scripts, performance has begun, you have had what you paid for, and the withdrawal right is spent. That is the trade, and it is set out here rather than left at checkout because a term nobody read is a term that does not hold.
Separately from any of that, every plan opens with a 10-day free trial. Checkout collects a payment method because that is what the subscription starts from when the trial ends, but nothing is charged during it and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing. In practice the trial is a longer and easier escape than the withdrawal right: it needs no reason, no form and no correspondence.
After the trial has ended and the first payment has been taken, subscriptions are not refundable for a change of mind, and cancelling stops the next payment rather than refunding the current period. This does not limit your rights where the service is faulty, not as described, or not supplied — in any of those cases write to support@pinedigga.com and you will get a remedy, up to and including a refund.
To withdraw where the right still applies, an unambiguous statement is enough: email support@pinedigga.com saying you are withdrawing, with the address and TradingView username you used. You may use the model withdrawal form annexed to Directive 2011/83/EU, but you do not have to. Any refund is made through Whop Technologies, Inc., by the same means you paid, within 14 days of us being told.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to support@pinedigga.com first. Complaints are answered in writing, and almost all of them turn out to be a setting, a username typed wrong, or a payment that has not cleared — all of which are quicker to fix than to escalate.
If a dispute is still open after that, a consumer in Greece can bring it, free of charge, to the Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, synigoroskatanaloti.gr), an independent authority, or to the General Secretariat for Trade and Consumer Protection on 1520. Consumers elsewhere in the European Union can use the European Consumer Centre in their own country.
We are not party to any private alternative dispute resolution scheme and are not obliged to be. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available to anyone.
These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
Testimonials
This site carries no testimonials. If that changes, treat them the way you should treat anyone's: they are not representative, not verified, and not a guarantee of anything.
We sell software. We have no access to any customer's trading account or broker statements, so we have no basis for claiming our customers perform better than traders as a whole — and we will not claim it.
Privacy
The controller of any personal data this site processes, within the meaning of the GDPR, is Michail Papoulakos, Konstantinoupoleos 20, Cholargos, 155 62 Athens, Greece, support@pinedigga.com. There is no data protection officer; the controller answers data requests personally.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Nothing about your visit is recorded.
If you email us or subscribe, we hold your email address and TradingView username for the purpose of granting and supporting access, and nothing else. The legal basis is performance of the contract you entered into; we keep them for as long as the subscription runs and for as long afterwards as Greek tax law requires records to be kept. We do not sell or share them.
Whop Technologies, Inc. processes your payment details as merchant of record and as a controller in its own right — we never see a card number. Its privacy policy governs what it does with them.
You have the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to support@pinedigga.com and you will get an answer within a month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Asking for the free guide submits your email address to a form hosted by Netlify, who process it on our behalf as our hosting provider. We use it to send release notes if — and only if — you ticked the box asking for them, and for nothing else. There is no tracking pixel in anything we send, we do not add addresses to any list you did not ask for, and one line to support@pinedigga.com removes yours.
