PINE DIGGA
Questions

Everything people ask.

What happens to my price when the founding 50 sell out?

Nothing. €250 per year stays €250 per year for as long as your subscription runs. The offer closes for new customers; it does not close for you.

What is the difference between PRO and PRO ULTRA?

PRO is the finished instrument: five lane configurations, each tuned and measured on its own, running in parallel with their own alerts — you set the visuals, the decisions stay fixed. PRO ULTRA is the workshop those lanes came out of: a full backtest strategy with every tuning threshold live, one lane at a time, on any symbol — and it includes PRO.

Do I need a paid TradingView plan?

No. The indicator runs on a free TradingView account. Multi-chart layouts and some alert limits depend on your TradingView tier, not on ours.

How do I set up alerts?

The script's own alert toggles are already on, so there is nothing to switch on inside the settings. What TradingView still needs is an alert of its own: add one on the indicator and choose “Any alert() function call”. It fires on the confirmation candle.

Will it tell me when to buy?

No. It is a technical tool for traders who already understand technical analysis. It marks setups and prints the levels for them; whether any of them is worth taking is your call, not ours.

Someone sent me a preset. Can I see what is in it before I run it?

Yes — that is what PRESET DIGGA is for, and it comes with PRO ULTRA. Paste the string and it prints back everything the preset declares: who built it, the instrument and timeframe it was measured on, the lane it drives, and the value of every threshold inside. It reads only. Nothing is applied and nothing on your chart changes. If the string was edited or truncated on its way to you, it says so instead of loading half of it.

Which timeframe should I run it on?

The five-minute and fifteen-minute charts — each runs the lanes that were measured on it. Other timeframes stay deliberately silent.

How does the free trial work?

Ten days of full access, and nothing is charged during them. Checkout does ask for a card, because that is what starts the subscription when the ten days are up — cancel before then and you are not billed at all.

How long until I actually have the indicators?

Usually a couple of hours, always within 24. TradingView's invite-only system has no API, so a person adds the username you gave at checkout to each script by hand — then they appear on your account under Indicators → Invite-only scripts. If a day passes, send us the username and it is sorted the same day.

Who am I actually buying from, and is VAT included?

A registered sole proprietorship in Athens, Greece — the name, address, VAT number and ΓΕΜΗ registration are in the footer of every page and on the contact page. Checkout runs through Whop, which is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues your invoice and accounts for the tax due on your purchase, so your card statement will read Whop. Every price on this site is the final price with VAT already in it. Nothing is added at the till.

Can I get a refund, and what about the 14-day withdrawal right?

The ten-day trial is the easy answer: cancel inside it, for any reason or none, and nothing is charged at all. On the withdrawal right — EU consumers have 14 days on a distance contract, and for digital services it can only be waived if you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge what that costs you. Checkout asks you for exactly that, in its own field, and it is required — access here is immediate, so a purchase without it is one we could not fulfil for a fortnight. If you would rather keep the full 14 days, write to us instead of buying and we will arrange it that way. After the trial ends and the first payment is taken, subscriptions are not refundable for a change of mind — which does not touch your rights if something is faulty or not as described.

How do I cancel?

From your Whop account, in two clicks, with no email to write and nobody to talk to. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and access to the indicators ends with it. Resubscribe later with the same TradingView username and it comes back.

Is there a community?

Yes — a Discord, and your subscription is the ticket in. Announcements when something ships, a channel for setup and settings so the same answer is not typed fifty times, and one for charts. What it is not is a signal room: nobody posts calls, nothing in it is a recommendation, and no chart anyone shares there — including ours — is a reason to take a trade.
